It is amazing how complete the great climate change psyop has been. 80% of the people I know are terrified of climate change.
Everything that is bad and has to do with weather and climate can be blamed on climate change. Uncertainties, confounding factors, and errors be damned!

Is the climate changing? Yes of course it is. It always has.
Is it caused by humans? Yes, partly so but we don’t have high confidence on how much.
Do we know what the effects will be in 50 years? God no. Our uncertainty that far out with this many variables so incredibly high.
Do we know how humans will adapt? Again, no. Humans are incredibly adaptive.
There is a clear argument for the Precautionary Principle. If you don’t know it’s better to play it safe and not eff with Mother Nature. But it cannot be at the expense of rationale policy and human welfare. If we take the Precautionary response, we need to go all-in on Nuclear and slowly phase out fossil fuels in a coherent and realistic manner.
Also, China and India do not give af and they are #1 in GHG by a long shot. So there’s that.
