T-Bones tonight from our jersey/angus cross steer. I’m blown away at how much marbling there is for a 100% grass fed and finished steer. Anyone out there have any thoughts on jersey crosses for meat? I’m leaning more and more towards going strictly that direction for my next round in the spring. #asknostr #grownostr #grassfed

Thanks! They’re better than any pure angus grass fed and finished steaks I’ve ever eaten. Not sure if it’s a fluke or the way to go.
I'm not knowlegeable about the different cattle breeds, but its good that you're doing your own testing and comparison.
