Always hated the idea of “out-of-band” acceleration…
Does your wallet support RBF or CPFP (Child Pays For Parents)? You should be able to raise the fee with a second Tx without intermediaries.
I do not use rbf of cpfp.
I just pay the high fee every time.
I’m more wondering if there’s a good replacement for mempool
Or use a wallet that has RBF. If the tx was not marked RBF, then accelerator or find a miner to pay directly are your only options. If it was marked RBF, resubmit the tx with a larger fee rate.
