I love the "context menu" idea for zaps and likes its would be more usable than the dropdown I have now.

Also showing number of replies inline would be awesome, it gives you an idea if there is anything interesting in the thread

How would you handle replying inline though? since that seems to be a feature that a lot of users like to have
