The use of plastic in clothes is not a coincidence. It’s a byproduct of the broken money. It’s preferable to a business to give you a degraded version of what you want for a similar or lower price than it is to give you the real thing and charge you much more.

If tomorrow every business went back to making clothes from 100% natural fibers, way too many people would be priced out of the market for clothes.

The businesses are not in some evil cabal based on killing your T with polyester underwear, they’re just acting on their own incentives.
