Primal has a built in wallet. On iOS, you can only use the Primal wallet. On Android, you can disable the Primal wallet and use other wallets, but you cannot get rid of the built in wallet icon in the middle of the app. So, you either use the Primal wallet, or you use another app such as Amethyst for Android or Damus for iOS that allows you a tiny bit more freedom of choice for your Lightning wallet. Primal's built in wallet is very nice though. As for "crypto wallets", Nostr only supports Bitcoin Lightning because everything else is a scam.
