I only want it on 4/20 because it's a Saturday, and my meetup always meets on the 3rd Saturday of each month anyway, so our next meetup can double as a halving party.

If not for that, any other day would do. The 19th would be fine for the reason you mentioned, or the 21st because it's a 21.
