that is true, but I think, to the original point, that modern therapy is a function of a very discombobulated, inorganic, and isolating social system which can't be cured of mental maladies through psychoanalysis. I studied psychology in university and, though lots of theories make sense, they don't actually resolve much even in application, so many people do get stuck in a therapy cycle. I'm not against therapy whatsoever, but to your point, having a wife, husband, or close knit friendship circle who can provide healthy and balanced support is the best. lots of people just don't have any of that, so you're also correct.
