I don't really understand it. Or how to weigh the tradeoffs maybe. On one hand this would pour gasoline on their ability to stack, but it does so by diluting my existing shares...?

They’ve been diluting your shares anyway. The dilution is accretive in Bitcoin terms. Diluting shares isn’t the same as diluting value.
What shocked me was the share volume. Look at Apple or NVidia. They have more than Saylor is proposing. These huge megacaps have a fuckton of shares. I think what he's really signaling is this thing will be a multi trillion dollar company.
