I’m prob having 4 cups of coffee today. That would be a lot of green tea…

I have some theanine powder I can mix in my water.

But agree, normally I’d prefer to have it in green tea where it naturally occurs.

I was suggesting to substitute coffee for green tea - 1st cup gets you caffeine, 2nd cup gets you theanine

So if I want a ton of caffeine - coffee, green tea, then coffee again?

I’d look into some tame nootropics before overloading on caffeine. Coffee is the golden goose - it can be killed.

Ended up going with some matcha yesterday.

Feel good? I personally recoil from the taste.

Not the biggest fan of the taste either.

I prefer mushrooms to all the -amines. If you get mushrooms working then you can have 2 cups of coffee in the early morning and be good for the day.
