Got NIP-51 lists working on snort, for now I'm reading/updating the "mute" list. Should we give the users the option to mute publicly or make mute lists private by default? 🤔 Curious how other clients are approaching this cc #[0] #[1]

Hide user is private. Report user/post is public. Different semantics.
On Damus and Iris I think the blocked users are stored on the client side and visible only to the blocker where a mute list is created. The report action creates a public event (1984). Probably a custom event.
