no sugar in that one:) could argue the mil is carbs and that turns to sugar so tea probably herbal the best tbh!

Honestly I gave up on everything and went to pure water. But lately I gave up on everything again and drink whatever that keeps me goingπŸ˜…

lol drinking all water is great but difficult. Tea maybe but I feel like you need to be locked away in a cave someplace to really do it
