The government is like a Mafia. If you don't want the Don taking a cut of everything you make, you have to lie and hide your assets. Kinda hard to do with something that isn't tangible and leaves a trace.

So the elephant is tax evasion... and the ability to do it efficiently / successfully? And dropping hard hints to random Internet people to fix your problem because you simply can't = strategy?
