⚡️Around 7:00 a.m.(GMT+3), the russians attacked an educational institution in the center of Kherson. Due to the impact of shells, the roof and windows of the building were damaged, - Kherson Regional Military Administration.
A residential building was also shelled. A 68-year-old woman was diagnosed with a situational neurotic reaction. She was treated and left on the spot.
