barefoot is great. I love being barefoot. not sure if there's anything to that grounding stuff.
but, i shall say, it's electrifying to step on a big orange wasp.

I wear crocs around the farm especially in summer, had one of those ground hornets get in one of the holes and sting my toe, I think you could have heard me cussing all the way in Camden. Lol
I was just chopping & dropping in my banana patch. then, bang! mutha F'er got my middle toe /left foot. I wonder what I looked like dancing around swearing up a storm. I took a banana leaf and pounded it into the ground. I was surprised how big it was. this wasn't some little yellow jacket or paperwasp. F'er was almost 4 inches. I guess I'm glad it didn't bite my toe off. lol
good ole dr. christophers tissue & bone ointment & some ice have kept the swelling down & the real pain only lasted about an hour. couple 3 hours now, & there's no swelling & no pain.
I am reconsidering the "barefoot all the time" thing now though. lol
