You can just switch jobs, then you can roll over 401k into an ira and either get the etf or transfer to unchained or Swann IRA

I've done that with one of my IRAs but switch job is not so easy in my wife's situation rn

I had an old 401k that I rolled over and got some gbtc at 50% discount when btc was 16k. Remember also talking about my wife about selling our sailboat but couldnā€™t let it go. I would have a much bigger boat today šŸ˜…
