Man, Iβve been an almost vegetarian 90% plus for many years. Heard. Raw foodies are legit. BTDT too π€¦π»ββοΈ
Iβve recently went to meat again, and itβs been different. Good though. Eating sun & Moon is tough balance π€£
Exercise & I deal β¦ painfully.
