Up-and-down it’s moving. I just want to remove it totally to clean it. Water is not going down smoothly anymore… 
Did you use pipe cleaner gel already? Normally this is working well for me, let it absorb over night
yea - would be next step. Wanted to take out obvious objects, hairs, etc.
Unscrew at the far side of the outflow (where the leber goes in). Pull lever out gently about 2cm. Then tao should come off. It has an O-ring at the end, that is caught by the lever for up/down movement.

Löse die Mutter auf der Rückseite des Abflussrohrs. Dann kannst du die Stange, die aus dem Abfluss ragt, ein Stück weit nach hinten rausziehen. Dadurch löst sich der Stopfen im Waschbecken und lässt sich nach oben hochziehen. Der Stopfen ist nämlich unten mit einem Ring versehen, in dem die Stange steckt und ihn festhält.
