I'm afraid I'm looking for homemade eggnog recipes myself (no cooking the eggs) and there is no such thing as eggnog in the supermarkets where I am.

Sorry to answer your question with another question, but if you come across a recipe for eggnog that doesnt involve cooking the egg could you please send it to me?

Will start the hunt for recipes. The more I think on it, it actually might be the better way to go as I can control the sugar 🤔. I'll let you know if I can dig one up.

Martha Stewart has a no cook recipe, with a cup of booze in it. Eggs, milk, sugar, cream, and alcohol.

oh dear. that looks so good.

I've never been a fan. I've also never had homemade, maybe that makes all the difference 🤷‍♀️. I'm making for the kid, so I'll be skipping the booze maybe split the difference with milk 🤔.

im thinking raw milk, fresh eggs, and a bourbon i tried on thanksgiving that was aged in maple syrup barrels.
