This is the funniest concept. I can't delete but relays can nuke your notes anytime they feel fit. I understand you can host your own relays or use local ones, but it's so funny the way it sounds for basics.

You can delete... It works on 99% of relays, there's just no guarantee that it will actually be deleted because of local caches, caching servers, and relays not honoring requests.
