Yep… And that process started sometime in the eighties, it has been a looooong slide into public insanity…
Not if the logic is to have you on mains power that they can disconnect at the flip of a switch. Gas can still be delivered in bottles which takes you out of their control loop
Gas has some of the very best long term storable energy density to invested energy on the planet. plenty of logic there.
If the argument is a need to move to another source, explain the reason, and prove it.
