Try and figure out what the biggest culprit is. For me it was my city and job. So me and Michelle moved and I got on linked in and got a new job. Took about a year for the transition. But doing much better now.

When you have a job it's easier to get a new one also. Took 3 weeks and I found a job that had twice the pay. And treated me like a human vs a number. Moved to a smaller city. A lot less aggression and drama.
Can get jobs elsewhere easily in the cannabis industry...
The problem is actually being able to move to them...
Like I'm having a hard time finding a place where I'm at now, let alone in another city or state...
It's mainly my job for sure....
1) Made my g/f go to the open interviews with me now she makes more than I do with no certifications or cannabis experience.
I have 10yrs of experience and 11 certifications.
She makes $17/hr I make $15/hr.
2) Now my best friend is going to be working at the same place, in the same area as my g/f creating some really odd personal dynamics for me as with any 9-5 we spend more time at work than at home.
3) I'm a half point away from being fired but almost every department wants to steal me to help them.
4) I don't people well enough to convey any of this properly to management. I've tried and it end us in me frustrated and yelling from them not understanding. Full on yelling at my manager like im fighting with my g/f...for the 2nd time...and I didn't get fired.
