I'm jealous. We are just a little too cold for peaches to grown. Our official growing zone says I should be able to grow the most cold hardy peaches, but the truth is it is too cold and our crazy wind will damage the tree enough that it will never produce fruit and when we get a particularly bad winter, the tree will eventually die. I've tried, but failed.

I did find this website that suggests growing the trees very small in a trench enables growing out of zone fruit trees. Someday, I might give it a try, but it would be a lot of work, so I haven't committed yet. https://solar.lowtechmagazine.com/2020/04/fruit-trenches-cultivating-subtropical-plants-in-freezing-temperatures
