Interesting...why isn't it getting mined?
It's been 4 weeks and this remains the most interesting transaction in the mempool.

only miners on v28.0 or later will accept it in mempools. I guess none upgraded before it was originally broadcast.
That doesn't make sense. I thought there were services to automatically rebroadcast stuck transactions. Is this wrong?
We know there are miners running v28, so I assume those services are not running, or they are and a miner running v28 hasn't found a block since they received the transaction
