I was in Houston during Hurricane Rita, just after Katrina. More people died on the highway panicking than actual Hurricane. Yours truly filled up her bath tub, bought 2 cases of beer, 2 pizzas, already had my bug out bag and plenty of rations. Chance favors the prepared mind!
