Quality and availability of information about electronics and RF is very high in the #hamradio community, if you are the kind of person who can spot who is knowledgeable and make new friends.
You will have to dig a little deeper than 5 minutes listening to a 2m repeater on a baofeng for that.

The people on 1 band, with a 12w limit, 3 modes, and channels will never be as knowledgeable as the people using over a dozen bands, with frequency freedom, dozens of modes, and a 1500w limit. Depth of knowledge comes from experience and CB is a very limited range of experiences compared to ham.
