It is so hard to believe this is legit.

Firstly, I cannot believe that Calvin Ayre is so impenatrably thick that he is only now coming around to the idea that Craig Wright has OBVIOUSLY taken him for a big, expensive ride. It feels almost cruel reveling in the rekt of someone so impaired.

Secondly, the guy supplying these alleged leaks is a major league douchebag (even when taken in context of the rogues gallery comprising CSW's "colleagues"), and he is, himself, very familiar with deception.
