It’s just a leftist meme that’s not too bad. Basic idea is that Elon is pushing for Cantillionairian right-leaning corporatism under the guise of Everyman-populism (ie 1930s Germany) but may instead get the French Revolution (ie the populists enact “forced turnover” amongst the billionaires / most political leaders - a la the recent CEO assassination)
