No, only separate bundles of emails

3 inboxes then.

But those three inboxes have multiple domains and boatloads of aliases.

In that case 5 or so. But those get rotated and recycled too.

Funny thing is. Ask this question outside of NOSTR and you’ll probably get…”I’ve used my Hotmail, yahoo or gmail for 20+ years.”

If you count aliases and Apple’s “hide my email” implementation then 100s.
