No - unfortunately woven shirting weight fabric no longer exists here. With a few vary limited and kind of shitty options.

With knits - you can do it. And with heavier weight wovens it’s still possible. But shirting weight, unfortunately all the mills have closed.

Long term, if we can become successful enough, our goal is to actually mill woven shirting fabric here. We just need a few millions dollars to make it happen.
