You need to login with a private key, that's read only mode, you can't post anything or interact because there is no private key
How do I do that? I use Alby . I know my private key but how? I see no option to do so. Please pardon my ignorance.

If you use alby you login with the "Nostr Extension" button, then you don't need the pin
