When lawyers tell you "The state is not a corporation", they don't understand the fundamental concept you are trying to convey.

Lawyers are indoctrinated by the legal system which is fully fabricated BY the government.

When a lawyer says this, they mean the term "corporation" means a fictional "corpus" that is recognised BY the state. When they say "the state" they mean the legal system that recognises laws defined by a legislature (rather than common law organically discovered through juritical arbitration.)

This is like saying Ethereum is not a shitcoin because it is the mother of all shitcoins.
