Here's how I would change car regulations if I could:

-Tax vehicles by weight

-Crash-test vehicle classes against each other and include damage to other vehicles in safety standards

-Delist SUVs as light trucks

-Change CAFE standards to no longer vary by wheelbase size

-Remove all import restrictions on European cars
