Things I liked:

Tons of natural light

Hard concrete softened by the red wood and vegetation

Inner courtyards that bring nature and light to the space

Things didn't like:

That front parking area is extremely small. Two bikes will fill it up lol

The bathrooms have that toilet/shower combo that's very common in SE Asia. I guess you take a douce and shower at the same time 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
