Nah this man broke broke 😆. Rich people don't cause a big deal over payment. Poor broke ass people will be over dramatic and after trying to argue whatever bill or unpaid fine they always ask for a payment arrangement of like $5 a month for a $200 bill and you gotta explain to them that isn't going to prevent their drivers license from being suspended 😆.
