I have to say the Openvibe app is a great way to follow breaking news
I'm using it to get a single unified feed of my Bluesky and Mastodon accounts
(The feed also includes my Threads and Nostr accounts, but those are not much good for news)
Same here, my best content by far is coming from mastodon. There are a couple ok news accts on nostr tho
