Gonna be hard. Content (media) isn't stored on the protocol but elsewhere, so anyone with the link can open it.
You could share the note on a specific relay and hope others don't broadcast it to others or forward it in some way.
You could 'paywall' content tho and only give acces to certain npubs, which can unlock it with their keypair.
