Maybe look into your thyroid levels. Possible that you get cold so easy because of being mismatched.
Nope πββοΈ Iβm π― healthy. Someone at the office set the thing on 65. My office has the BIG vent and closing it doesnβt help. π€£
Meanwhile at my friendβs work the ac is broken. They are still required to come in despite it being 90 degrees inside the building and some of their materials they work with no longer working at that temperature π€¦ββοΈ (she works in a lab)
Ugh. I went through that for a very long time in an apartment. Windows didnβt open. Hot as hell 24/7. Never cooled down unless it was below 22 outside. Absolutely the most bat shittery thing I lived in.
