Real estate doesn't just lose value due to aging.

I once knew a family that experienced the same thing. When they bought their house, they had a great view of a whole, empty, green valley in front of them. A year later, a block of houses was built right in front of them, and since then, they feel like they're living in a ghetto. 😄

this story must have played out countless times every year since new york city was founded, in fact it’s precisely what manhattan is. whoever made this video lives in a building that did this to the buildings all around it 👀

The outdoor finishes on the building they are living in look relatively new, so the irony is the building they are living in likely “took” that view from someone behind them as well.
