I usually avoid engaging with what can be categorized as a "dishonest skeptic" or someone who isn't arguing in good faith. Sometimes, however, I find it useful for the sake of onlookers. Whether a bot or a real person, the arguments I am making are not for this account (which has demonstrated hostility and disinterest in legitimate discussion) but for anyone else who comes across this thread.
