I love this app; it's a great way to convert PDFs and ePubs (eBooks), as well as articles, into audiobooks.

Transitioning from reading to listening to books has made me 10x more productive. I read many more books, articles, and doc now.

I hope there's a good open-source alternative for this.

It also has PWA πŸ€”

Thanks for sharing.

Speechify is a game changer unfortunately paying for it will never happen for me nevertheless it’s greatly used

But the information is not as persistent as reading the books, isn't it?

It really depends, if you can visualize what you are listening to in your imagination. It becomes more intense and persistent, at least for me.

But, of course, this is subjective. I don't even know if what I just said makes any sense. πŸ˜…

Would also depend on your learning style I think. I tend to be an auditory learner, so audiobooks work very well for me.

But being more productive suggested to me that you are listening to while working. That would be even harder for me. But it's subjective of course.

Productivity in terms of how much I am able to read & sometimes you can also do some other, I do it all that time πŸ˜…. However, it also depends on the type of topic and its intensity.

It definitely takes some time to get used to & still it's not for everyone and for every book.
