Looking forward to leftover Thanksgiving burger for lunch today. Happy I cooked extra food since I ended up being the only one to cook. I'm glad I went nontraditional with the burgers, they were so good and a fun way to have all the things. Happy Friday!!

Yep. I like pretty much any kind of squash.
The only other squash I eat is delicata. The rest are too carby.
