Warren Buffett just does valuations he's not a macro guy. He doesn't "know" anything, just thinks that stock market is over valued. A lot of the big companies are already valued for growth. He can't really invest in small caps where the good valuations are, cause his fund is too big. And money market yields are great at the moment.
He knows that he doesn't know.
He also knows that he got outperformed by plebs who bough Bitcoin and did nothing the past 10 years.
He likely doesn't know that this will likely happen the next 10 years as well.
