There are two options here.

Either USA knows they are bombing civilians because they cannot cause real damage to Houthi's underground infrastructure, or they have no idea what they are bombing and they bomb whatever could be a military target to their eyes, while not caring if it is not.

Either way USA is conducting war crimes and terrorism again and Trump has just provided evidence...
