Apple has reportedly been ordered by the UK government to create a backdoor that would give security officials access to users’ encrypted iCloud backups. It would be much worse living in the UK these days than most places.
I think all phones are already compromised at the hardware level. Even grapheneOS can’t compete with hardware level spying.
