The Phantom I ("I" meaning "first series") is a motor car built by Rolls-Royce from 1925 to 1931, which replaced the Silver Ghost. Like the latter model, it was built in both the United Kingdom (2,269 examples) and the United States (1,243 examples).

A major difference between the examples produced in the United Kingdom and the United States was the wheelbase (indicates the distance between the axis of a front wheel and that of the rear wheel on the same side.), respectively 3822 mm and 3721 mm.

Another difference was the gearbox; the British examples had a four-speed one, while the American ones had a three-speed one. Both had a single-plate dry clutch.

In 1934, Belgian coachbuilder Jonckheere modified a Phantom I and transformed it into a coupé. This allowed the car to reach a top speed of 140 km/h.
