You DO realize there are still people who don’t have internet access and do things the old fashioned way but they do have a phone?

Like the elderly, low income and poor people, people living in rural area?

And that there are still people who have a landline?

I think you and Tech industry people are out of touch with the average person cuz frame of reference (filter bubble) is people similar to yourselves — white, male, privileged background aka Silicon Valley!
