Spanish € shitcoin series:

Yesterday, many Telegram users went to bed with the news spread by the officialist media outlets that Judge Pedraz had ordered the blocking of Telegram in Spain due to not cooperating with the Justice system and failing to provide the requested information about allowing content protected by copyright laws to be hosted.

While I'm not a lawyer, it seems obvious that the argument falls apart on its own weight. It's as easy as ordering the block of only those Telegram channels or groups responsible for violating copyright laws instead of taking the drastic measure of blocking the entire social network, which includes both such content and serves for communication and information purposes for businesses and individuals alike. Additionally, one might wonder why these denouncing media outlets (Mediaset, A3Media, etc.) continue to maintain and advertise their own Telegram channels if, indeed, they are detrimental to their interests.

Although it would be more extensive, I don't want to write an inexhaustible essay to read. In my opinion, the reason for Judge Pedraz's cautionary order ("auto cautelar") does not stem from the alleged cause of investigating and protecting the copyright holders' interests as mentioned by the media. Let's assume Spain would be the only European, Western country to take such a drastic measure, putting the liberty of expression of an EU power at risk in exchange for the economic interests of four specific companies, knowing there are alternative ways to protect these "rights" without censoring and blatantly limiting fundamental freedoms of expression and the right to information indicated in Article 20 of the Spanish Constitution, under Section 1:

"The following rights shall be recognized and protected:

a) The right to express and disseminate freely thoughts, ideas, and opinions through speech, writing or any other means of reproduction.

b) The right to produce and create literary, artistic, scientific, and technological works.

c) The freedom of the lecture."

These rights have limitations according to Section 2:

"These rights are limited by the respect for the rights recognized in this Title, in the provisions of the laws that develop them, and especially in the right to honor, intimacy, one's own image, and the protection of youth and childhood."

In summary, the news disseminated through a press release, without any journalistic assessment from the manipulative media outlets, has the appearance of a "test - error" scenario where socially the public can accept the erosion of our rights and liberties by imposing covert censorship under the guise of protecting copyright, well below in ranking the fundamental rights of citizens established by the Constitution.

However, for some time now, we have known what concerns this band of psychopaths and satraps: the people's rights.

So now more than ever, it's time to engage in "RESISTANCE." If we continue swallowing this, we will become a subdued people where little by little they will lock us up in their cages, in which we "will have nothing but will be happy" and it will all be for our own good.

Seems that socialism is too much deep in Spain... Op out, we need to use decentralize apps to avoid this.

This is so true that I'm thinking about to move to El Salvador or Argentina at some point. If not, at least to Switzerland.

But places were you can run away are becoming less and less available at this point.

They always use the fear to manipulate us... the reality is that we are in control "if" we want. Reality need to be so overwhelming that the clown show will be obvious for a normal sheep. Take Argentine example... the printing money machine was SO obvious that the society didn't care anymore what old politician said or try to rule.

But up to that point you can get so low... and there is another problem, which is: not in every country a Milei emerges.

In the end the only solution is Natural Law, but we are so far from that...
