Appreciate it. Any actionable steps to configure the relay settings on Amethyst?

I gather the 3 rightmost knobs must be to receive DMs, follows feed and global feed, respectively. Not sure about the first one (homepage symbol).

The 3rd one is "public rooms" feed, which should be treated as spammy (like global).
