I once ran a searx instance and understand it. I don't think the hosting location of instance matters much. The underlying search engines configured in the preferences limits/determines results you will get. All the engines available in searxng seem to be from NATO aligned countries. Yacy is a decentralized engine that can provide some mixed results depending on what operators choose to crawl.

Couple problems here, bc you're claiming to know things that ostensibly you can't possibly know.

1. Searx instances don't source Yandex

2. The extent of NATO alignment in India/Asia

3. The extent of Western firewall capabilities
